Shipping

I ship worldwide from my studio in Sydney, Australia. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and Australian orders via Australia Post.

Packaging

Every original painting is carefully packaged by hand using glassine paper, bubble wrap, and corner protectors, inside a sturdy box designed to protect the work in transit.

Shipping costs

Shipping is complimentary on all original paintings, including full transit insurance. For prints and merchandise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

All orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase, allowing time for preparation and packaging. Delivery times vary by location: Australian orders usually arrive within 4 to 11 business days, and international orders within 5 to 28 business days once dispatched.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

International customs and duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond my control and may affect delivery times.

Signature on delivery

A signature is required on delivery for all orders. If you're unavailable to sign, please contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection.

P.O. Boxes

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with your name and order number and I'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
