Payments

Original paintings and prints can be paid in full, or spread over time. How that works depends on where you are.

Paying in full
Your payment is processed straight away and your order is confirmed. I’ll then prepare and dispatch it, and send tracking once it’s on its way.

Installments in Australia
At checkout, choose Shop Pay Installments to split the cost into 4 interest-free fortnightly payments, or pay monthly over a longer period (interest may apply, and Shop Pay shows the terms before you confirm). It’s available on orders from $50 to $30,000 AUD and needs a debit card. Your artwork ships just as it would if you’d paid in full.

Installments outside Australia (original paintings)

• Pay a 25% deposit at checkout to reserve the painting.
• You’ll then receive a secure payment link to set up the balance as 6 equal monthly payments, charged automatically to your card, interest-free. Please confirm this within 24 hours, or the order will be cancelled and your deposit refunded minus the $400 AUD cancellation charge.
• Once confirmed, the painting comes off the market and is reserved for you.
• Your painting ships as soon as the final payment clears, with shipping still complimentary.
• You can pay off the balance early at any time. Just get in touch and the painting ships once it’s paid.

Cancelling a payment plan
You can cancel at any time before your painting ships. I’ll refund everything you’ve paid, minus a cancellation charge of $400 AUD to cover holding the painting off the market and admin.

Missed payments
If a payment fails, I’ll get in touch and your card will be retried. If it can’t be resolved within 30 days, the plan is cancelled and refunded on the same terms as a cancellation.

Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments (Australia only).

When placing an order, your billing address must match the details linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer.

Ownership and intellectual property
Ownership of any original artwork transfers to the buyer only upon full payment. Ownership is limited to the physical artwork. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, moral rights, reproduction, licensing, and derivative rights, remain exclusively with the artist. The buyer may not reproduce, distribute, publish, license, or commercially photograph the artwork, or create derivative works, without prior written consent.
