Shipping

I ship worldwide from my studio in Sydney, Australia.

Original paintings
Each original is packed by hand with glassine paper, bubble wrap, reinforced cardboard, and corner protectors in a custom box, and sent by a tracked express courier, or specialist art freight for larger works. Shipping is complimentary on all original paintings.

Original paintings are usually dispatched within 1–2 weeks of purchase (unless otherwise noted at the point of sale). Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days and international orders within 3–10 business days. Larger works sent by art freight may take longer, and I’ll confirm the timing with you directly.

Prints
Each edition is printed once the release closes, so its size reflects the number collected. Every print is then embellished by hand, signed, and numbered in my studio. Please allow 2–3 weeks after the release closes for your print to be finished and dispatched.

Prints are sent by Australia Post in a protective tube, with tracking and signature on delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout:

• Australia: Express Post, usually 1–3 business days once dispatched
• International: choose Standard (usually 1–3 weeks) or Express (usually around 1 week) once dispatched

Import duties and taxes

• United States: all import charges are included. Nothing further to pay on delivery.
• New Zealand: usually nothing further to pay.
• UK, Europe, Canada and elsewhere: your country may charge import tax on arrival (around 20% in the UK and Europe). The carrier will contact you to pay this online before delivery. These charges aren’t included in the price at checkout.

Signature on delivery
A signature is required for all orders. If you’re unavailable, the carrier will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or collection.

P.O. Boxes
Orders can’t be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please get in touch with your name and order number and I’ll follow it up with the carrier.
